Direct the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operations.;
Control day-to-day operations by tracking restaurant labor and product costs to meet targets; order food, paper and supplies, maintain inventory levels and control waste.;
Recruit, interview, recommend hiring, disciplinary action, and termination of hourly restaurant employees; develop, motivate, and train; maintain a safe work environment.;
Ensure OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy are met.;
Interact with guests during peak hours to maintain Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Hospitality
