Assistant Manager

Hibbett Sports -  -  - Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling to achieve departmental and store goals.;
Assume the Store Manager's responsibilities in their absence and supervise employees, including interviewing, training, and directing work.;
Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments and uphold exceptional customer service.;
Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability and report inventory movement and customer trends to the Store Manager.;
Promote and sell services and merchandise and assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating store staff.
