Retail Display Installer - Electronics - Part Time

Part‑time Retail Merchandiser position in Gastonia, NC 28056 and surrounding area.

Location:

NC - GASTONIA.

• Conduct store visits and complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays.
• Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T‑Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.
• Schedule up to 20 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; no weekends or evenings.
• Potential for additional hours when covering larger regions or traveling.
• Submit same‑day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.

• Compensation: $17.00 per hour, starting projects.
• W2 employment with bi‑weekly pay schedule and direct deposit.

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory.
• Attention to detail:
  Follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
• Independence and teamwork:
  Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team when needed.
• Tech‑ready:
  Internet access, basic hand‑held tools, and a Wi‑Fi/GPS enabled smart device with latest OS update; laptop/desktop access is a plus.
• Travel ability:
  Must have driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle, and be required to use vehicle for job responsibilities.
• Physical ability:
  Must stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
