- Sales:
Exceed monthly sales quotas and deliver high quality sales that exceed company benchmarks on key metrics. - Drive sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per company guidance and management benchmarks.
- Model desired behaviors and best practices to generate and maximize sales and key metrics; assist new hires and peers as a role model.
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by management.
- Operations:
Adhere to policies and paperwork procedures as outlined in the Handbook and related documents. - Master required systems (e.g., Aktivate, ADP, Cricket Learning) and regularly review sales paperwork for discrepancies.
- Follow cash depositing procedures and take responsibility for any deficiencies due to error or negligence.
- Protect and maintain company assets; use judgment to avoid fraudulent purchases.
- Complete opening/closing checklists accurately and timely.
- Communicate inventory deficiencies to supervisors promptly.
- Safeguard codes and passwords (e.g., RQ4, carrier logins, email, security).
- Maintain store appearance and complete required training within the timeline set by management.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Follow company policies; record time & attendance; adhere to schedule; provide notice for time off; take personal responsibility for problems within control.
- At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
- Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.
Sales:
