Showroom Sales Representative

This is a full-time remote role for a Showroom Sales Representative. The Showroom Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing product expertise, and developing relationships to drive sales. Day-to-day tasks include managing showroom accounts, client trainings, answering customer inquiries, coordinating with manufacturers, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The role also involves promoting and marketing products to meet sales objectives.

• Proven sales and customer service expertise, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of residential, commercial, or decorative plumbing products preferred
• Experience in decorative plumbing or hardware is a plus.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with relevant software or tools, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or product representation preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus
