- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 ~ 3 years of experience in merchandising, field sales, trade marketing, merchant operations, or similar field-based roles.
- At least 1 year of supervisory/team leadership experience preferred.
- Experience in Mobile Financial Services, Fintech, Banking, FMCG, Telecom, Retail, or Distribution is an advantage.
- Able to communicate effectively with different types of merchants and agents.
- Willing to travel within assigned territories when required.

- Ensure MPay branding and POSM are properly displayed at assigned merchant and agent locations.
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Merchandisers.
- Coordinate with Sales, Merchant Acquisition, Agent, Marketing, and Business Development teams for outlet requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of POSM received, distributed, installed, damaged, and remaining.
- Verify whether merchandising activities reported by field staff have actually been completed.
- Support merchant activation and campaign execution when required.
- Conduct regular field visits together with team members to check execution quality.
