Global Financial Services Business Development Manager (Channel North America)
- Develop and execute the LGFS Channel strategy for North America.
- Build strong relationships with strategic distributors, resellers, and channel leaders.
- Drive financing attachment within channel-led opportunities.
- Support channel partner recruitment, enablement, and growth initiatives.
- Create financing programs tailored to channel partner needs.
- Deliver partner-facing financing education, workshops, and business reviews.
- Work jointly with Lenovo Channel sales teams and partner management organizations.
- Identify new routes to market and financing-led growth opportunities.
- Monitor channel performance metrics and develop improvement plans.
- Act as the primary LGFS financing subject matter expert for the Channel business.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- 7+ years of channel sales, partner management, financing, or business development experience.
- Strong understanding of distributor and reseller ecosystems.
- Experience developing go-to-market strategies with partners.
- Excellent relationship management and executive communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive indirect sales growth.
