Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and site personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, production areas, access points, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, contractors, and visitors, verifying credentials and/or access permissions in accordance with site protocols;
