** What You'll Be Doing
*** Perform advanced electrical troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on industrial equipment.
* Lead electrical installations and upgrades for plant systems and infrastructure.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.
* Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance.
* Mentor and support junior electricians and apprentices.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated expertise in industrial electrical systems and controls.
* Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

** Conditions of Employment
