Level I/Apprentice

Position OverviewAs a Level I/Apprentice, you will assist in installations, maintenance, and support tasks while learning from experienced team members. This role is designed for individuals with less than 4 years of experience who are eager to develop their technical and practical abilities.
What We’re Looking For- Experience: Normally less than 4 years
- Skill Level:
- Excellent motor and listening skills
- Ability to climb an 8 ft. ladder to the highest safe height and work hands‑free
- Proficiency in basic tool use (e.g., cordless drills, screw chucks)
- Capability to join pipes, measure accurately, and install screws
- Understanding of hand signals for cranes
- Ability to identify split system components
- Demonstrated ability to build condensate traps and install drains (PVC), flex to collars, and smoke detectors
- Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Neat and professional appearance (uniforms provided per company standards)
- Punctuality, exceptional attendance, and a positive attitude
- Ability to read and write at a high school level
- Starter tool set (including higher‑end tools)
- AWP (Aerial Work Platforms) Certification
