, we're expanding our team and looking for an experienced Carpenter / Handyman who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and delivering a five-star customer experience. If you're a skilled professional who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and helping homeowners, we'd love to meet you.
- No nights or weekends – predictable Monday–Friday schedule
- Take-home company van (fuel, maintenance, and insurance provided)

- Complete a wide variety of residential home repair and improvement projects, including carpentry, drywall, doors, trim, tile, light plumbing, light electrical, and punch-list work
- Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate professionally with homeowners
- Take ownership of every job from arrival through final cleanup
- Document completed work with photos and job notes
- Protect customers' homes and leave every job clean and ready to enjoy
- 8+ years of residential multi-trade experience
- Strong carpentry and drywall skills (required)
- Experience with light plumbing and electrical repairs
- Professional-grade hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently and solve problems
Competitive pay with performance bonuses. Our highest-performing technicians earn $35–$40+ per hour. Compensation is based on experience, skill, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
