Using advanced metals chemistry, you'll help tackle the world's biggest challenges—cutting emissions, powering modern life and supporting life‑saving technologies—by applying, refining and recycling metals that matter for a healthier, more sustainable, circular future.

Maintain, troubleshoot, repair and inspect electrical equipment across production operations to support safe and reliable performance. Interpret wiring diagrams, specifications and technical drawings to diagnose faults and determine repair requirements. Install, test and commission electrical systems, conduit, controls, fixtures and associated equipment. Use PLC interfaces and diagnostic tools to identify equipment issues on computer‑controlled systems. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on motors, power distribution systems, control panels, drives and related components.

Follow electrical codes, safety procedures and hazardous waste requirements while minimizing disruption to operations.

• High school diploma and electrical trade school certification.
• Strong knowledge of electrical principles, wiring methods, troubleshooting and repair techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
• Experience working with industrial electrical equipment, drives, control systems and power distribution assets.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts, scissor lifts and boom lifts.
• Commitment to safe working practices and compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements.
