Job Description Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Core Java application development, including object‑oriented design, multithreading, and performance optimization.
- 5+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch
. - 4+ years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM) development, workflow orchestration, and process automation.
- 3+ years of experience building event-driven and asynchronous systems using Kafka, Pub/Sub platforms, and messaging patterns
. - 3+ years of experience working with SQL and No
SQL databases
, including Oracle DB and MongoDB
. - Strong experience designing and developing Microservices and RESTful APIs
. - Experience implementing secure, scalable, and highly available backend solutions in cloud-native environments.
- Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Agile development practices
. - Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities within cross‑functional teams.
