Super Chix is looking for reliable and friendly drivers! We proudly deliver our fresh-never frozen chicken across Charlotte and as our business grows we want to grow our driver network! Below are some job requirements and expectations, please reach out to schedule an interview!

• Delivery Execution: Transport food orders in a timely manner, navigating efficiently using GPS, and ensuring food remains fresh and intact.
• Customer Service: Act as the face of the restaurant, providing polite, professional service, handling customer complaints, and verifying order accuracy.
• Safety & Operations: Adhere to all traffic laws and safe driving practices, regardless of weather conditions.
• Payment Handling: Collect payments (cash or card) upon delivery and process them accurately.
• In-Store Duties: Assist with order assembly, packing, and cleaning when not on deliveries.
• Navigation: Strong knowledge of the local delivery area and proficiency with GPS tools.
• Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple orders and meet strict delivery windows under pressure.
