WhatYou'll Do
- Road Striping & Pavement Marking Assist in applying road markings including lane lines, crosswalks, and symbols using specialized striping equipment.
- Traffic Control Set up and maintain traffic control devices during road construction and maintenance projects.
- Equipment Operation & Maintenance Operate CDL-required vehicles, including trucks and striping machines. Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance.
- Physical Labor Perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Safety Compliance Follow all company and job-site safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record required
- Class A or B CDL is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Prior experience in road construction, striping, or traffic control preferred but not required
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and meet shifting schedule demands
