Are you an experienced warehouse leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment? Do you enjoy building strong teams, improving processes, and ensuring materials get where they need to be safely and on time?
At GSM Services, we're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who is passionate about operational excellence, safety, and team development. In this leadership role, you'll oversee the daily operations of our warehouse while supporting HVAC, sheet metal fabrication, service, and construction teams that keep our customers' projects moving.

What You'll DoAs our Warehouse Supervisor, you'll lead daily warehouse operations by:
- Supervising warehouse associates, material handlers, and delivery drivers.
- Coordinating receiving, storage, picking, staging, and delivery of materials.
- Ensuring materials are available to support fabrication, service, and construction teams.
- Working closely with the Inventory Manager to maintain inventory accuracy and efficient material flow.
- Scheduling staff and assigning daily priorities to meet operational demands.
- Coaching, training, and developing team members while promoting accountability and engagement.
- Coordinating jobsite deliveries and optimizing transportation schedules.
- Maintaining warehouse organization, staging areas, and standardized processes.
- Ensuring forklifts, trucks, and warehouse equipment are inspected and properly maintained.
- Championing workplace safety by enforcing OSHA, DOT, and GSM safety standards.
- Leading safety meetings, conducting inspections, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse.
- Identifying opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and warehouse operations through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supporting after‑hours or emergency operational needs when required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three or more years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience managing shipping, receiving, logistics, and material staging.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC, construction, sheet metal fabrication, or industrial distribution.
- Experience leading teams in a high‑volume operational environment.
