We are looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead the daily running of our nursery.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure a safe, high-quality learning and care environment for all children
- Lead, support, and manage the nursery team
- Ensure safeguarding, EYFS, Ofsted, and health & safety compliance
- Oversee staffing, administration, and nursery operations
- Build strong partnerships with parents and external agencies
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, care, and child development
- Report to the Regional Manager
- Level 3 Childcare qualification or above
- Minimum 2 years’ management experience
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted
- Organised, motivated, and passionate about childcare
