Location:Winlaton, Blaydon on Tyne

Salary: up to £27,299 per annum (depending on experience)

Contract/

Hours:

Permanent/Full Time – 40 hours per week.

As a Level 3 practitioner, you’ll support high quality early years care and education in a nurturing, play based environment, helping children learn, develop and thrive.

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS.
• Support children's learning, development and well-being through play.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and the team.
• Observe, assess and contribute to children's learning journeys.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive and caring environment.
• Work as part of a team to ensure high standards of care and safeguarding.

In the role of Early Years Practitioner (Level
3), we're ideally looking for someone who has:

• A Level 3 early years and childcare qualification (NNEB, CACHE, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• A passion for continuous learning and growth, Aligned with our core values and the Spring career pathway.
• An understanding of children's development needs (0 to 5 years)
• A positive attitude and a commitment to excellence

Spring Blaydon is a small, cosy nursery set within the grounds of a local primary school, offering a warm and welcoming environment where children feel safe, valued and ready to learn. The team puts strong emphasis on storytelling, songs and rhymes, creating a language rich setting that supports early communication and the love of learning from the very start.

The team work closely together to provide a nurturing, play based curriculum where every child is encouraged to explore, develop independence and thrive at their own pace.
