A leading facilities management company is seeking an HVAC Engineer in Gateshead to perform electrical and mechanical maintenance across plant and equipment. The ideal candidate must have strong fault-finding skills, comprehensive HVAC maintenance expertise, and mechanical qualifications. F-Gas certification is necessary. Responsibilities include supervising subcontractors, managing equipment risks, and using a BMS system. This role may require overtime including nights and weekends.
