Location:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Fault find, service, and repair air conditioning and ventilation equipment.
• Maintain AHUs, FCUs, chillers, and associated plant equipment.
• Support plant room inspections and routine maintenance activities.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with Health & Safety and compliance standards.
• Complete maintenance reports and documentation accurately.
• Work closely with the wider engineering and site teams to ensure smooth operations.

Essential qualifications.

• F-Gas Category 1 qualification.
• Previous experience within a commercial maintenance or Facilities Management environment.
• Strong HVAC fault‑finding and maintenance experience.
• Good understanding of mechanical building services systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

Desirable qualifications.

• Experience working within critical or fast‑paced environments.
• Multi‑skilled maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of compliance and plant room operations.

• Salary up to £42,000 per annum.
• Monday‑Friday working pattern.
• 40‑hour working week.
