Jackson Hogg is recruiting a Unified Communications Technician to join a busy telecoms and connectivity team in the UK. You will install and configure VoIP and hosted voice systems, support broadband and leased line services, and provide 1st/2nd line technical assistance.
As part of the role, you will troubleshoot telecoms hardware, manage incident tickets and support project delivery while maintaining accurate documentation and SLA compliance.
