Coryell Health Hospital's AL/IL Unit is dedicated to providing quality healthcare services to our community. We are seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver personal care and support to patients/residents, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Monitor and document patients’ vital signs and changes in health status.
- Work under the direct supervision of a Charge Nurse or Physician to perform delegated tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with infection control protocols.
- Must be a Certified Nurse Aide or enrolled in a Certified Nurse Aide program with completion of the first 16 hours of coursework.
- Ability to communicate effectively, with good assessment and observation skills.
- Prior clinical experience is preferred.
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.
- Must be in good physical and mental health, capable of lifting and handling patients as required.
