$10k Sign on Bonus with One (1) Year FT Commitment
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Supervise, support, and guide CNAs and nursing assistants on shift
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Perform assessments and monitor resident conditions
- Document care clearly and timely in the medical record
- Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Respond to incidents and complete required reports
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, providers, and leadership
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, infection control, and safety standards
- Participate in surveys, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
- Provide strong shift leadership and clinical oversight
- Assign CNA workloads to ensure quality resident care
- Promote accountability, professionalism, and teamwork
- Escalate staffing or clinical concerns appropriately
- Serve as a role model for resident dignity and compassionate care
- Current, active, unencumbered RN or LVN license (Texas)
- Experience in skilled nursing, long‑term care, rehab, or healthcare preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and critical‑thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
- Knowledge of nursing standards, scope of practice, and regulatory requirements
