• Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' goals and needs.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve strength, mobility, and functionality.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor patients' progress and modify treatment plans as necessary for optimal results.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and self-management techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.

• Licensed Physical Therapist, with current CPR/ALS certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekend coverage.
• Commitment to patient care and continuous professional development.
• Experience in physical therapy is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
