As an RN/LVN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing services and ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents. You will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans, monitor resident health, and provide education to residents and their families. Your expertise will conjoin with our commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our residents, promoting their independence, and fostering a safe and inviting atmosphere.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans and standards.
  • Administer medications and monitor their effectiveness and side effects.
  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Conduct regular health assessments and document changes in residents' health status.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans for residents.
  • Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness initiatives.
  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as necessary.
Requirements
  • Valid RN or LVN license in the state.
  • Previous experience in assisted living or senior care preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with residents and families.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
  • Compassionate attitude and genuine desire to help seniors in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic life support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain.
