• Assist with the planning and implementation of recreational and therapeutic activities for patients.
• Facilitate transportation of patients to various hospital departments and appointments in a safe and timely manner.
• Engage with patients during activities to encourage participation and promote social interaction.
• Monitor and document patient participation and well‑being during activities and provide feedback to healthcare staff.
• Collaborate with nursing and care teams to ensure that patient needs are met during activities and transportation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of activity areas and transportation equipment.
• Respond to patient queries and concerns in a compassionate and friendly manner.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare or a related field is a plus.
• Current CPR certification and a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting or with patient support activities preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with diverse populations.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare protocols and patient assistance techniques.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and their families.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
