• Greet patients and prepare them for examinations by taking medical histories and recording vital signs
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures by providing necessary instruments and support
• Administer medications and immunizations as directed by healthcare providers
• Perform basic laboratory tests and prepare specimens for analysis
• Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and referral appointments while maintaining accurate medical records
• Educate patients about treatment plans, medications, and preventive care techniques
• Manage office inventory and supplies, ensuring that all medical equipment is functioning and ready for use

• Current certification as a Clinical Medical Assistant from an accredited organization
• Completion of a recognized medical assistant program with clinical training
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
