Position overview:

Join our team as an RQI Specialist I and play a key role in supporting our lifesaving mission. You ll be responsible for configuring, refurbishing, and shipping RQI (Resuscitation Quality Improvement) systems and equipment to meet customer needs. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who enjoys technical work, logistics, and making a difference in healthcare.

• Configure RQI systems, including updating and loading software on PCs
• Refurbish manikins and laptops to company standards
• Manage inventory and process work orders using QAD
• Coordinate shipments of refurbished units based on service orders
• Support product repairs and returns (RMA) as needed

• Ability to utilize standard policies and procedures related to the position
• Ability to follow safety practices and principles
• Ability to utilize MS Office software effectively
• Ability to set up and manipulate software installations
• Must be able to work under short timelines and pressure while maintaining delivery demands
• Ability to prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently
• Detail-oriented with attention to quality and thoroughness
• Willing and able to adapt to changes in the work environment; manage demands in connection with delays or unexpected events
• Ability to work effectively, independently and in a team environment
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent

Pay Rate: 15.50/hr.

• Monday-Friday
• 7:30am-3:30pm, 8:00am-4:30pm
• Must be available to work overtime when necessary
