Circulating RN - General Surgery

Position Overview

Are you a detail‑driven, team‑oriented Registered Nurse who thrives in a fast‑paced surgical environment? We’re looking for a dedicated RN Circulator to join our surgical team and play a vital role in delivering safe, efficient, and high‑quality patient care.

7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Prepare and maintain a safe, sterile surgical environment.
• Coordinate surgical team activities and support surgeons and scrub staff.
• Verify patient identity, procedure, and surgical site.
• Monitor patient status and advocate for patient safety throughout procedures.
• Manage surgical documentation and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team.

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas.
• Relevant certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
• Strong physical health with the ability to perform nursing duties that involve lifting, standing, and mobility.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly to patients, families, and team members.
• Demonstrated adaptability to changes in patient care scenarios and a commitment to continuing education.
