Requirements:
- Provide holistic nursing care to patients in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Assist in patient assessments and document vital signs accurately.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness practices.
- Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, and other health care staff to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff by following infection control protocols.
- Participate in patient care planning and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Current LVN license in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred.
- Proficient in using electronic medical records and other health care technologies.
- Compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented approach to patient care.
