CMA - RehabLiving at The Meadows

We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our Rehab Living at The Meadows team. In this role, you will administer medications to residents in a safe, accurate, and timely manner while providing compassionate care and support. You will work closely with nursing staff to ensure the health and well‑being of our residents.

• Administer prescribed medications to residents following established protocols.
• Accurately document medication administration and report any discrepancies.
• Observe residents for reactions or side effects and report concerns promptly.
• Assist residents with daily living activities as needed.
• Maintain medication carts, storage, and records in compliance with regulations.
• Communicate effectively with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare staff.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents.

• Current Certified Medication Aide (CMA) and Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in Texas.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
