Description
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nursing Assistant (NA), you will play a key role in supporting the physical and emotional well-being of our residents. You’ll deliver compassionate, high-quality care that aligns with each individual’s care plan, while working alongside experienced nurses and clinical staff.
Positions available facility wide! Responsibilities- Providing daily care such as bathing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
- Helping patients feel comfortable and safe during their stay.
- Supporting nurses with delegated tasks and reporting patient concerns.
- Monitoring and documenting vital signs and changes in condition.
- Assisting with lifting, repositioning, and transporting patients safely.
- Maintaining a clean and respectful environment
- Must be a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) or currently enrolled in a CNA program with at least 16 hours of coursework completed.
- Must complete the CNA program within 4 months of hire.
- Current CPR certification or willing to obtain within 3 months.
- Prior clinical experience is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a heart for caregiving. Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance, and stand/walk for long periods.
