• Provide direct nursing care to residents in both assisted and independent living settings with empathy and professionalism.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans tailored to each residents needs.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately in compliance with established protocols.
• Monitor and document residents health status and communicate any changes promptly to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordination of care and optimal outcomes.
• Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness practices.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment adhering to health and safety regulations.
