What You'll Do:- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and established nursing standards.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to the appropriate healthcare providers.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise and support nursing assistants in the delivery of resident and patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed.
- Promote a safe, comfortable, and healing environment for patients and residents.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and facility regulations and policies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional patient outcomes.
