Job Description Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and performance issues on powersports vehicles and equipment
- Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire service, brake repairs, tune-ups, and inspections
- Complete warranty and manufacturer-required repairs
- Accurately document repairs and service recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with pre-delivery inspections and vehicle setup
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding repair needs and timelines
- Previous mechanical experience required
- Powersports, motorcycle, ATV/UTV, small engine, diesel technician experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to use diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and shop equipment safely
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
