Director, Continuous Improvement at DECIEM

Transform operational processes at DECIEM as our Director of Continuous Improvement, based at our Etobicoke Manufacturing Facility. Focus on elevating productivity, quality, and sustainability through effective CI initiatives.

In this vital full-time role, you will leverage over 7 years of CI experience to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Your insight into manufacturing efficiency will inform training efforts and the execution of the Prestige Performance System. As a subject matter expert, you will implement systematic methodologies like DMAIC and support site-based CI culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic CI training agendas with departments

• Manage the Factory Operational Master Plan governance

• Lead CI projects to deliver on KPIs and performance

• Coach manufacturing teams in process improvement

• Analyze performance metrics for ongoing enhancements

Requirements:

• 7+ years of CI experience in manufacturing

• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification mandatory

• Demonstrated success in project management

• Bachelor's degree in related field required

• Understand TPM steps for operational excellence
