In this specialized role, you will report to a Residential Financing Manager while working closely with branch colleagues and various financial experts.

Your focus will be on identifying and fulfilling the residential financing needs of clients through tailored strategies. Stay updated on financing solutions and systematically apply established processes while referring clients to expert colleagues for specialized needs.

• Develop optimal residential financing strategies for clients
• Refer clients to specialists for varied financial needs
• Apply established processes and regulations thoroughly
• Maintain current knowledge of financing solutions
• Keep your Mutual Fund Representative license up to date

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
• One year relevant experience or four years in financial services
• Two years in business development, preferably financial
• Strong understanding of credit solutions
• Cooperative approach to teamwork
