You’ll work in synergy with your colleagues to identify and meet the residential financing needs of clients that are referred to you or that you contact. You’ll also refer clients to your expert colleagues for their specialized needs. • Support our clients by developing the best residential financing strategy for their needs
• Refer files to various experts when necessary
• Apply established processes and procedures thoroughly
• Comply with current standards and regulations
• Keep your knowledge of financing solutions up to date
• Maintain a Mutual Fund Representative license

You’ll report to a Residential Financing Manager and work on a specialized team. You’ll work with the entire branch team and various financial experts to meet all our clients’ financial needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1 year of relevant experience or college diploma and 4 years of relevant experience
• Two years of experience in business development, preferably in financial services
• Knowledge of credit solutions and mortgage financing products
