Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead financial forecasting and performance across business units

• Create and refine financial models for informed decision-making

• Ensure accurate financial data across multiple jurisdictions

• Lead consolidation and reporting initiatives for transparency

• Collaborate with operating companies to enhance financial discipline

Requirements:

• 8+ years of extensive finance experience with a focus on FP&A

• Proven expertise in multi-entity environments

• CPG or consumer-driven industry experience required

• Strong financial reporting capabilities and CPA credential

• Ability to implement and scale financial systems
