Role Overview

The Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust in Aylmer is responsible for processing financial transactions, advising customers on banking solutions, and ensuring excellent service.

Responsibilities
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments and other financial transactions following operating procedures and regulations.
  • Understand and assess customer needs to recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns using standard procedures and escalating non‑standard issues when necessary.
  • Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and on time.
  • Promote a positive, diverse and equitable work environment and participate in team development.
  • Recommend operational improvements to enhance customer experience and operational excellence.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience (undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset).
  • Strong administrative, organizational, planning and time‑management skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form; ability to interact calmly and courteously with diverse customers.
