Position: Middle Reconciliation Specialist Role
Support our reconciliation processes as a Middle Reconciliation Specialist in a leading fintech environment. Collaborate with teams to refine financial controls and improve reconciliation precision.

In this role, you will be crucial for monitoring transaction flows and ensuring accuracy in settlement operations. The position involves working closely with Treasury, KAM, and Business Development teams to analyze merchant and provider balances. Your insights will directly contribute to operational enhancements and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile transaction data and rolling reserves

• Identify discrepancies with provider and internal reports

• Assist Treasury with balance validation and settlements

• Prepare financial data for merchant reporting

• Support process improvement and automation initiatives

Requirements:

• 3+ years in reconciliation or finance operations

• Understanding of fees, chargebacks, and refunds

• Strong Excel skills for large datasets

• Experience with crypto or payment processing preferred

• High attention to detail in analytical tasks
