Raise recrute un(e) Agent(e) de Recouvrement à Gatineau, QC, en mode hybride pour une durée d’un an. Le poste exige une maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, des compétences en négociation et un fort sens du service client.
Vous gérerez le suivi des comptes en souffrance, les accords de paiement et les dossiers tout en respectant les politiques internes et les exigences légales. Le candidat idéal possède au moins 3 ans d’expérience en recouvrement et une excellente organisation.
