Summary
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Coordinator to join our reputable client’s dynamic team.
Job Description:
As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the company’s human resources functions. You will ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations according to Quebec standards, maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, and provide exceptional support to our staff.

Maintain and update employee records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employee statusEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practicesHandle employee inquiries regarding benefits, and HR policies and proceduresAssist in the development and implementation of HR policies and proceduresConduct regular audits of benefits and other HR programs to ensure compliance and accuracyProvide guidance and support to management on HR-related issues and employee relations mattersAssist with recruiting and onboarding processes as neededMaintain confidentiality and ensure the security of employee informationJob requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experienceA minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and payroll, with a strong understanding of HR practices and principlesExtensive knowledge of Quebec laws and regulationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentialityExperience with unions is an assetBilingualism is a must
