BBA is seeking a Principal Field Services Leader to drive growth across Western Canada. This strategic role requires over 15 years of experience in utility, power systems, and field services. Ideal candidates will possess exceptional leadership skills, a strong network, and a proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute growth strategies for High-Voltage services
• Build relationships with utilities and industrial clients
• Lead major pursuits and commercial negotiations
• Mentor technical and business development leaders
• Represent BBA at industry events and client meetings
Requirements:
• 15+ years in utility or field services environments
• Proven client account and business unit leadership
• Established professional network in Western Canada
• Strong understanding of power systems
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
