In this pivotal role, you will interact directly with customers, crafting work orders and facilitating vehicle service bookings. Your ability to identify customer needs will help you provide effective service quotes and follow-ups, maximizing satisfaction. Additionally, you will manage promotional materials in the showroom and participate in safety initiatives to maintain a secure environment for staff and customers alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Arrange bookings and create detailed work orders
• Provide precise service quotes to customers
• Conduct follow-up calls for customer satisfaction
• Recommend and sell tire and mechanical services
• Ensure promotional materials are current and visible
Requirements:
• Automotive or tire industry experience is an asset
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Excellent customer interaction skills
• Strong knowledge of tire and mechanical services
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
