Duties include:

* Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems
* Perform regular preventative maintenance on heating and air conditioning equipment.
* Oversee mechanical projects from start to finish.
* Complete routine generated work order requests for repairs and maintenance.

Preference will be given to candidates who have some or all of the following:
* 3 years of mechanical HVAC, refrigeration, troubleshooting
* Valid trade certifications (or active apprenticeship registration)
* B Gas certification
* Knowledge of Electrical Control system wiring
* Valid class 5 drivers license
* Safety tickets such as WHMIS, Fall Protection, First Aid###
