Position: Physical Tier 1 Laborer Role

As a Tier 1 Laborer at Tarkett, you’ll engage in cleaning and preparing asphalt surfaces while using hand tools for polyurethane applications. This role demands physical strength and the ability to perform various tasks, making it ideal for those with experience in labor-intensive jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and clean asphalt/concrete surfaces thoroughly

• Operate hand tools and power equipment skillfully

• Carry, mix, and install polyurethane as needed

• Trim edges and recover rubber granules post-installation

• Support site cleanup and equipment demobilization

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of field experience is desirable

• Strong physical ability to lift and carry materials

• Proficiency with hand tools and installation equipment

• Capacity to execute repeated physical tasks

• Flexible with working conditions outdoors
