Join our dynamic team as a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic in Dorval. We're seeking a skilled technician to maintain and repair our fleet of over 90 vehicles, including trucks and specialized trailers.

At our Dorval workshop, you will work under the supervision of our foreman, ensuring effective maintenance and repair of heavy trucks, towing equipment, and various specialized trailers. This role requires rigorous diagnostic skills and proficiency with electronic diagnostics. Collaborate with a committed mechanical team to maintain safety standards and track repairs using our workshop management software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on heavy trucks

• Diagnose mechanical failures and implement solutions

• Utilize electronic diagnostic tools for complex diagnostics

• Collaborate with team members and foreman on repairs

• Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant working environment

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in heavy truck mechanics

• Strong skills in mechanical and electronic diagnostics

• Experience with hydraulic systems and equipment

• Vocational diploma in heavy vehicle mechanics preferred

• Valid driver’s license;
Class 1 preferred
