Development Supervisor at Dumas

Lead underground operations as a Development Supervisor with Dumas at Bell Creek. Ensure safety and production goals are met efficiently while mentoring your team in a 7/7 rotation.

As a Development Supervisor, you will manage crews conducting underground development activities s role requires 2-3 years of supervisory experience and strong technical mining knowledge. You will coordinate drilling, blasting, and ensure compliance with safety regulations as you drive your team to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise underground development crews to meet production targets

• Coordinate drilling, blasting, and ground support installation

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations

• Monitor equipment use and conduct operational inspections

• Support training and professional development for team members

Requirements:

• Canadian citizen or authorized to work in Canada

• 2-3 years’ experience in underground development supervision

• Knowledge of mechanized mining equipment

• Outstanding safety record and leadership skills

• Underground Hard Rock Mining Common Core certification
