Crane Operator Apprenticeship

Position: Crane Operator Apprenticeship at Aecon
Advance your skills as a Crane Operator with Aecon at the BHP Jansen Wet Mill Project. We are looking for 2nd year apprentices or journey persons to operate mobile cranes safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate mobile crane to lift and move heavy materials

• Drive crane to job site and prepare for operation

• Set up the machine for lifts to ensure safety

• Mentor apprentices and oversee their safety on-site

Requirements:

• CSTS-20 Certificate is mandatory

• Experience as a Crane Operator in construction

• Proven ability to work safely and independently

• Ability to lift materials weighing up to 25kg

• Strong understanding of industrial safety procedures
